SHIPPING
1. How soon can I get the order I just purchased?

1. How soon can I get the order I just purchased? top
  We make our products in 7 business days upon the receipt of payment and confirmation of requirements and measurements. With standard delivery, you will receive them in 4 to 7 business days.

Standard Shipping



For expedite delivery, your order will take 3 to 3 business days to be delivered. We use DHL and FedEx. Please see our rates in Shipping Q2. With expedite production, your shirt will be custom made in 3 business days. There will be an additional cost of $5 per shirt. This option is available for shirts only.

Express Shipping



We always do our best to deliver our products on a timely basis. Our products are usually delivered in 3 weeks, however, in some circumstances, such as delayed local postal service and incorrect measurements provided (your order will be moved to Order Review), the expected delivery date would be postponed even if you chose the expedite options.
 
2. How much is your shipping fee? top
  We ship worldwide and have 2 shipping methods for you to choose. They are standard and expedite shipping. Their rates are as follows:

3. I checked my order in my control panel to see what shipping address I'd entered. This doesn't seem to be visible anywhere. top
  We will send the package to the Paypal or googleCheckout shipping information you've entered when you created these accounts. If you have paid via credit card, you have been asked to specify the billing and shipping address during the checkout process.

We do send order confirmation emails showing the shipping information. We highly recommend that you send us the confirmation of the address the soonest you receive this.
 
4. I wish to change my shipping address. How do I do that? top
  Please send an email to sales@moderntailor.com so we can change it for you. However, if we have already sent your shipment to your initial indicated address, this can no longer be changed. Once the said package is returned to us, we will require additional shipping fee to be forwarded to your updated address.
 
5. How can I track the package? top
  When your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping notification to your email address. This will contain a tracking number and the website where you can trace it.

SXYExpress is our freight handler here in China. They turn over the package to FedEx, UPS or DPEX when it reaches the country of destination. You shall see the new tracking number in the SXYExpress website when the package has been turned over. If you do not see this information, please email sales@moderntailor.com so we can follow this up with our transporter.
 
6. The tracking information is blank! What shall I do? top
  EMS updates their website after 2 to 5 business days that you have received the notification.
SXYExpress/DHL updates their website after 24 to 36 hours.
 
7. I was not around when the item was delivered. Can you re-send the package to me when it has been returned? top
  We strongly advise that you or someone should be around to receive the package. It would be best if you can contact the courier or your nearest post office (for standard delivery) to check if the package is still with them. If they confirm that the package is on its way to us, we will re-send it to you the soonest we receive them. Please noteƂ that you will be charged the same fee for reshipping.
 
8. I was not around when the item was delivered. Please refund. top
  Our transporters require a consignee to receive the package as part of their security measure. We are not held responsible if you have not received the package because you are not around at the time of delivery. We highly recommend that you submit a shipping address where you'd be most likely present at the time of delivery. If you were not able to receive the item, you are required to contact the transporter to make delivery arrangements.
